Refund Policy

At Aurelia Lengths all hair extension services are carried out with care, precision and premium-quality products. Due to the bespoke nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:

 

 

Deposits

 

 

All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your appointment time and cover the preparation and ordering of your custom hair.

 

 

Hair Extensions 

 

 

All extension hair is custom colour-matched and ordered specifically for each client. For hygiene reasons, once the hair has been opened, installed or customised, it is non-refundable.

 

If hair is purchased but not yet opened or installed, refunds may be considered within 48 hours, provided the hair remains sealed, unused and in original packaging.

 

 

Service Refunds

 

 

Due to the time, skill and custom nature of extension installations, we do not offer refunds on completed services.

 

However, client satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience any concerns with your installation, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and resolve the issue. Adjustments will only be offered where appropriate and where aftercare advice has been followed.

Maintenance & Aftercare

 

 

Refunds or complimentary adjustments will not be offered where issues arise due to:

 

• Failure to follow aftercare guidance

• Missed or delayed maintenance appointments

• Use of unsuitable products

• Excessive heat damage or improper brushing
